INTELLECTUAL OUTPUTS


Intellectual outputs of the projects are presenting the concrete participations of the project partners and the contributions of the partners  members   in terms of potential impact and transferability of the knowledge and experiences gained throughout the project. The relevant parallel activities will take place in partner universities/countries. These are structured as

İntellectual Output I:  Curricular Studies and preparing a course curriculum on supported   employment training.

İntellectual Output II:  Preparation of the transnational book titled with "Job Coaching for People with Intellectual Disabilities:  Place, Train, Maintain the model   for Turkey, Greece and Poland"

İntellectual Output III:  An article will encompass  knowledge and experience throughout Job   Coaching Training: Place, Train, Maintain for People with ID project.-   task analysis. 

İntellectual Output IV:  A symposium titled with ‘Job Coaching Training: Place, Train,     Maintain for people with ID’ will be performed to discuss the expected   outcomes of job coaching training, as well as  to present the job   coaching demands from an international perspective,


       IO 1- Course Curriculum

  An  elective course curriculum in English is structured  English and in native languages of the partner countries. The courses are already  opened for all the students in the partner countries’ universities.

Yeditepe Group had 42 students in the summer semester of 2015-2016 for their course titled with ‘…..’ .  They were physiotherapy (36) , Erasmus physiotherapy students (2 from Romania; 2 from Spain), nursing (1), pharmacy (1).

Students’  expectations from the course


Polish group had already open a comprehensive course for four days. The participants were 10 students and the training was giving by the experienced job coaches of Centre Calling (The Association of People with Intellectual Disabilities).


Greek Group has already open the elective course and they will be teaching starting from fall semester 2016-2017i



       IO 2 - Learning/teaching/training material.

       The transnational book will give information and experiences about "Job Coaching for People with Intellectual Disabilities:  Place, Train, Maintain the model for Turkey, Greece and Poland" for dissemination of job coaching process.- the role of job coaching, 

        All the partners are responsible in determination the main skills and knowledge for job coaching training to achieve the general problems to concept of place, train, maintain for people with ID in addition national laws and regulations about the employability. And setting the goals for the preparation of the transnational book. 


        IO 3: Study/analysis: 

        An article will encompass researchers throughout Job Coaching Training: Place, Train, Maintain for People with ID project.- task analysis, 

        All the partners are responsible in reviewing of the unemployment problems and the factors affecting unemployment issue among people with ID in Greece, proposing  job coaching training module to improving the employability- the general characteristics of  individual with ID including multiple disabilities.


          IO 4:  Symposium:

A symposium titled with ‘Job Coaching Training: Place, Train, Maintain for people with ID’  will be performed in Yeditepe University between  the July 14-16, 2016 for sharing the experiences  achieved from the project. The project manager Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Faculty of Health Sciences, Yeditepe University (Yeditepe Group), and the project partners  Alexander Technological Educational Institute Thessaloniki, Greece (Greek Group), Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Jozefa Pilsudskiego w Warszawie, (Polish Group) and The Association of  Down’s Syndrom, Turkey (Down Turkey) will be sharing their knowledge and experience on the status of people with ID supported employment.

The partners will be contributing the symposium with oral presentations and keynote speakers for sharing expectations and job coaching status in their countries with an international glance. The planned Symposium Program by the partner countries include presentations  of the members of the partners regarding to the needs  of the job coaching   from an international perspective including the social and emotional  status of the people with ID already employed or will be employed during or fallowing  the project term.

   


The other important aspects of the Symposium Program are the keynote presentations of Mr. Christy Lynch from KARE (Promotion Inclusion for People with Intellectual Disabilities), Ireland as an  independent external expert  and the instructor. He will be heading the case study presentations of the students as well as the graduates who already had the job coaching trainings as the Yeditepe, Polish and Greek Groups, as well as  Down Turkey. We expect them to be highly interactive  presentations with the feedbacks of Mr. Christy Lynch.

           

     During the Symposium of Job Coaching Training: Place, Train, Maintain for people with ID: The Job coaching Training Module Manuel and its outcomes  will be also be presented parallel to the Case Studies.
